narrative then moves on speedily, introducing plot twists and surprises that readers
can’t see coming. There are strong plot points in this narrative and readers
will enjoy the intrigue and suspense built around the mysterious 1848, a
character whose identity Michelle spends a lot of time trying to uncover.
